PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship UPS within the United States only. We do not ship outside the United States. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of contents on the exterior.

RATES

Orders of $150 or more ship free by UPS Ground, and orders of $200 or more ship free by UPS 2nd Day Air. Below those amounts, UPS Ground is $15 and UPS 2nd Day Air is $25. UPS Overnight is $50 at any order size.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

UPS Ground typically arrives 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Genetic Peptides USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@geneticpeptidesusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.
