All products sold by Genetic Peptides USA are research compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory use.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns on vials once they have shipped, opened or unopened. A lyophilized vial cannot be returned to inventory once it leaves our facility, regardless of its condition. This is standard practice among research-grade suppliers.
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SHIPPING
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email support@geneticpeptidesusa.com with your order number as soon as possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, email support@geneticpeptidesusa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the original item.
PACKAGES THAT DO NOT ARRIVE
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or the package stops moving in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work through it with you.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds are not available for orders where incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout, or for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
